I was standing in the backyard on windy, summer day. Birds were chirping, kids are running, playing around in the complex. I recorded the sound with a zoom h6.

These are the new year fireworks of 2015, recorded from telliskivi street, tallinn, estonia between 23:55 on the year 2014 and 00:10 on the year 2015. Recorded with 2x cad m179 microphones mounted on a home made jecklin disc and olympus ls-100 recorder. Note the happy train driver tooting into new year on 05:52. In this recording, a bluejay becomes increasingly insistent with its screeching. A distant bird can be heard responding at the end. ---two primo em172 capsules -> zoom h1.

These are two separate recordings with my yamaha pocketrak of a single robin and you can hear the other robin answering in the distance. Though i like to watch robins pull worms from the ground and love their song, they also have a bad habit of sitting on my truck mirrors and crapping on my truck doors. :^) please comment on what you may use it for. :^).
